Seagate Releases Next Generation SSHD Drives For Laptops and Desktops.

Seagate has just released their third generation of solid state hybrid drives on the market.The drives are segmented between Laptop models and Desktop models.The laptop models offer capacities from 500gb to 1tb.The Desktop models offer capacities from 1tb to 2tb.The 2.5 inch laptop models will have widths of 7mm and 9.5mm offering ability to fit any laptop or ultrabook.While the Desktop SSHD models are 3.5 inch drives with widths of 20mm and 26mm depending on capacity.All SSHD drives will come with 64mb of buffer cache and 8gb of SLC NAND memory for data caching.For more information on these drives click the link below.
